BBF sells its products through authorized dealers, retailers and e-tailers, not directly to the consumer. Along with our in-house sales team, we work with local and regional representatives and contract furniture dealers to help you with your exact furniture needs. BBF is manufactured and headquartered in Jamestown, NY, with a showroom there and at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, IL.

What is your product warranty?
BBF products carry either a 10 Year or Limited Lifetime warranty depending on the product line. See Terms and Conditions in the price list for specifics and details.
What is the lead time on your products?
All BBF products are in stock and shipped within 48 hours of a cleared order. Products are drop shipped on average in 3-5 business days in the continental US. Our Install360™ program allows us to deliver and install in 10 business days. (some remote locations may take longer.)
Is there a freight charge on my order?
BBF products are shipped freight free, no minimum order size required.
What is your cancellation policy?

What is “free” space planning?
BBF offers a free space planning service to help select and layout your office. Plans are based on the actual dimensions and physical characteristics of your space and returned to you in 2D and 3D within 48 hours along with a specification product list for easy ordering. All Install360™ orders of 25 pieces or more require a space plan before an order can be processed.
Additionally, BBF has an online “do-it-yourself” planning tool called Office Simulator that allows you lay out a number of our product groups on your own. Or you can download a space planning guide and grid to get you started.

No. As all BBF products are stocked and ready to ship, they are only available in the finishes and fittings shown in the product line brochures.
Is there a COM program if I want to order product in fabric of my choice?

What do I do if I receive products with damages?
BBF’s quality control inspects all products and packaging prior to shipment. We recommend that you examine your products at the time of delivery for concerns or damages that might have been caused in transit. If your furniture is part of an Install 360™ order, please speak to the installer while they are still on site. They will contact us with details and replacement requests. How should I care for my products?
BBF builds quality and durability into all our products and expects that you will have them for a very long time. For general cleaning purposes, we recommend using a lightly damp cloth (using plain, clean water). For more stubborn marks, such as fingerprints, we recommend the use of something alcohol based, such as Windex. We do not recommend the use of anything wax based, like Pledge or other standard furniture polish. As it is not solid wood, the wax is not absorbed and just sits on the surface of the unit, making it then a magnet for fingerprints. WD-40 can be used in rare circumstances, such as in the removal of stubborn glue residue, if needed.
